1. Who we are
EditButler is operated by Build Online AI LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States, with a mailing address at 175 SW 7th Street STE 1517-1151, Miami, FL 33130, USA.
In these Terms, "we" and "us" mean Build Online AI LLC. "You" means the clinic, practice, or business using EditButler.

2. Agreeing to these terms
By using EditButler, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a clinic or company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. What EditButler does
EditButler helps you make short educational videos. We provide scripts, a teleprompter, automatic editing, captions, and, if you connect your accounts, publishing to your social profiles and your Google Business Profile.
We may change, add, or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you are paying for, we will tell you.
4. Your account
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
You must be at least 18 and using EditButler for a business.
5. Your content
You own your content. Your scripts, recordings, videos, logo, and brand remain yours. We do not claim ownership of them.
You give us permission to store, process, edit, transcribe, and publish your content for the purpose of providing the service to you. This permission exists so the product can function, and it ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for backups we have not yet cycled out.
You confirm that you have the right to everything you upload, including any music, images, or footage you supply, and that publishing it will not infringe anyone's rights.
Do not put patient information into EditButler. It is a marketing tool. It is not built to hold patient records or personal health information, and we do not want them.
6. Compliance is your responsibility
This one matters, so we are saying it plainly.
You are the regulated professional. We are not. You are responsible for making sure everything you publish meets the advertising rules of your regulatory college, your professional obligations, and the law where you practise.
EditButler includes compliance checks and writes scripts intended to follow your college's advertising rules. These are an aid, not a guarantee, and not professional or legal advice. Automated checks can miss things. AI-generated text can be wrong.
You must review every script and every video before it is published. If you use our auto-publishing features, you are choosing to publish content you are responsible for reviewing. We are not responsible for a regulatory complaint, penalty, or finding against you arising from content you published.
A script passing our automated checks is not a representation by us that it complies with any rule.
7. No guarantee of results
We do not promise rankings, views, patients, bookings, revenue, or any other outcome. Nobody honestly can. Anything we show you about typical results is illustrative, not a promise.
8. Payment
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and what is included are as shown when you subscribe.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless the law requires it.
If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is resolved.
9. Third-party services
EditButler connects to services you choose, including Google, and social platforms through our posting provider.
When you connect an account, you authorize us to act on your behalf on that account, within the permissions you grant. You remain bound by that platform's own terms. We are not responsible for a platform changing its rules, its API, or its treatment of your account. You can disconnect at any time.
Some features depend on third parties, including AI providers. If one of them is unavailable, part of EditButler may be unavailable too.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use EditButler to:
- publish anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your qualifications
- publish content about identifiable patients
- attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service
- resell or white-label the service without our written agreement
We may suspend or close an account that does these things.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
EditButler is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that a render will always succeed.
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost patients, lost data, or reputational harm.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to EditButler is limited to the greater of USD $100 and the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Some places do not allow these limits. Where that is so, they apply to the extent permitted, and nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be waived.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and cover us against third-party claims, including regulatory complaints, arising from content you published or approved for publishing through EditButler, from your breach of these Terms, or from material you uploaded that you did not have the rights to. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.
13. Ending the agreement
You can stop using EditButler and close your account at any time.
We can suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the service. If we stop offering the service, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to download your content.
Sections 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, and 14 survive the end of this agreement.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The courts located in the State of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to EditButler, and both of us submit to them.
Nothing in this section takes away a right you have to bring a claim where you are located, if the law there gives you that right and it cannot be waived by agreement.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about EditButler and replace any prior discussions.
You may not transfer this agreement without our consent. We may transfer it as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use EditButler after that means you accept the updated Terms.
